I just wanted to let my beautiful physical body know that I am about to consume food. I am grateful to have food in abudance whenever I am wanting food. I am grateful to know that my body can digest any type of food and make use of it in many different ways. I am grateful to allow my body to do its voluentary job of digesting and assimlating food in the proper ways that allow health and well-being. I am grateful to know that my body is an amazing alchemist with immense chemistry knowledge for rejuvenation vibrations.
I am delighted & appreciative to know and feel that my the true source of fuel is love. I am thankful my body runs on love. I know this because I am a Loveairian. As a Loveairian, I am connected to the energy that creates worlds; the love of God. I am happy to know that all of my food is for pleasure and my sustainece comes from from my Loveairian Consciousness.
As I joyfully consume food, I only pay attention to the vitality that it will bring my body. I only pay attention to how strong food can make me feel. I know that when I am within fields of unconditional love, I attract and only think of foods that will make me feel good. I know that true healthy food is food that makes me feel good. I know it is healthy when I feel good while and after I eat it.
I am happy to know that with the power of love, I will always feel strong, my body will be immensely healthy and my heart will be of gold.
